Victorian splendour in West London

We’re excited to introduce Kingswood, a stylish period Victorian House in West London. This fabulous shoot location is set over three floors, the ground floor has a large double reception with original painted floorboards, bay window and two period fireplaces one of which has a working gas fire, an open plan kitchen diner with a modern styled Aga, stone floor and freestanding kitchen island, and also a beautiful courtyard style garden.

The first floor has a bathroom with panelling, retro marble tiling and a freestanding period style bath, a large bedroom with original painted floorboards, bay window and a period style fireplace. There is also an office room with painted floorboards and an exposed brick fireplace wall.

The house is a mix of Victorian splendour and bright Scandinavian design with lots of moody grey accents and Scandi/French styling details. It has tall ceiling heights of approximately 2.8 metres and good natural light. The front exterior of the house is rendered and painted off white, with a traditional black and white tiled path. The back garden has a stone patio area, leading to a rustic brick courtyard with lots of zinc planters, with mainly mediterranean style planting in greens and whites with climbing white roses.
